Blackbox Connect is our flagship residential founder accelerator in Silicon Valley. Throughout two intense weeks, you’ll be immersed in an environment designed to maximize growth in minimal time, connecting with role model entrepreneurs, top investors, opinion leaders, and fellow founders from across the globe. Our focus is on the key startup success factors most in your control as a founder, and together we’ll work to transform your promise and potential into a set of competencies necessary for leading a company built to last. Programming is a dynamic mix of workshops, intimate speaker sessions, founder-to-founder learning, 1:1 mentoring, coaching, networking, and showcasing your company to our Silicon Valley community.

We are not a traditional accelerator. We don’t invest, and we don’t take equity. Instead, we charge program tuition in the amount of $15,000/founder, which allows us to cover costs and remain sustainable as a non-profit committed to serving one customer segment only: the entrepreneur. Tuition covers all food, lodging, and transportation during Blackbox Connect, as well as the program fee itself and all alumni follow-on services. Airfare and visa costs are not included. Limited financial assistance is available on a case-by-case basis and many entrepreneurs seek out sponsorship support on their own to make participation a reality.

The Blackbox Connect experience includes...
Founders who have launched a product in the market, have seen promising traction, and are now facing a key inflection point in their startup journey.
Because our program places a focus on the founder and the critical role they play in shaping, leading, and growing their company, strong candidates should welcome self-reflection and be eager to explore their most vexing personal and professional challenges.
Our curriculum is optimized for CEOs and we give preference to those applications, but it is not a requirement.
